• How much time does it take to set up? The average set up time for the inflation and frame installation is under thirty minutes.

• How does the inflatable structure stay inflated? It uses a constant air blowing system that causes a STATIC pressure which allows for the structure to keep its shape. We offer entryway pole system designs to our clients if they would like to construct a pole system for the entry/exit point.

• How loud is the Air Inflation System?The system is virtually silent, approximately as loud as a small house fan.

• How much power is needed to run the Air Inflation System?It is equivalent to a small household appliance drawing about 3 amps.

• What is the air quality like inside of the inflatable structure?With the air inflation system running, the total air volume within the unit is recycled 6-7 times per hour.

• What will happen if the inflatable structure is punctured or ripped? It will remain inflated as long as the air inflation system is on and working. You will want to repair the unit as soon as possible. We offer repair services. 

• How do you clean the inflatable structures?All you need is water and a mild dish soap. No Harsh Chemical Solutions! Using any other solutions then what we suggest, will cause damage to your unit.

​Warranty:​ 1-year manufactures' defect warranty is included. This warranty  covers defects only, and not damages due to over-inflation, misuse, improper setup, improper maintenance, and storage of the structure. This warranty does not cover damages due to ACTS OF GOD, use in improper weather conditions, improper set-up, OVER-INFLATION causing undue stress on the seams and zippers, improper use of the structure itself, and improper maintenance or storage of the unit. ​This warranty only covers the cost of labor and materials. The customer is responsible for covering the cost in shipping to and from our facility.
